Newark police say one of two men sought in a string of armed home-invasion robberies at college students' rental homes has turned himself in. Police say 18-year-old Reginald Meadows surrendered to officers Wednesday after learning about a warrant for his arrest. He faces five felony charges for his alleged involvement in four robberies over the past several months in Newark.

Investigators believe all the homes targeted were involved in either the use or sale of marijuana.

Police announced the arrest of four other suspects in the robberies on Monday. They are still looking for 25-year-old Keith Weakley, of Colchester, Conn.
