Philadelphia Police were called out to the 900 block of College Avenue in North Philadelphia about 4AM.

Police say two men in their 40's, had gotten into an argument inside an apartment. One of the men pulled a knife, and stabbed the other man to death.

The 42-year-old victim has not yet been publicly identified.

Police have arrested the alleged assailant.

The apartment where the murder occurred borders the property of Girard College.

It's unclear if the men had any sort of relationship with the college, or whether they just lived nearby.
