Make your own paella
OLD CITY Cuba Libre, at 10 South 2nd Street in Old City, offers authentic Caribbean cuisine seven nights a week. It only serves paella on Mondays.
Its version includes a medley of seafood, topped with a whole Maine lobster, enough to serve two generously.
Teamed with salad and a pitcher of sangria, it's $60 for two. The restaurant will also make a single-serving portion on request.
If you enjoy it, you can buy a kit to make your own at home. It includes the pan and all dry ingredients, and costs $25.
