Shooting at chinese restaurant

Police were called out to a chinese restaurant at 5140 Market Street in West Philadelphia around 7:45 p.m. Monday for a report of a shooting.When they arrived, they found a man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the groin.

He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is listed in stable condition.

A witness gave police a description of the vehicle they are looking for, and officers pulled over a vehicle matching that description at the intersection of 33rd and Girard.

Four people were taken into custody, and there has been at least one arrest.
