The woman was taken by ambulance to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital where she is listed in critical condition this morning.
The suspect was arrested and charged with a DUI. His identity is not being released.
Woman hit by car in Northeast Philadelphia
NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - October 12, 2008
We're told the 23-year-old female victim was standing outside a parked car in the 9600 block of Ashton Road around 4:30. She was struck by a vehicle, which then struck a parked car.
