About 2-thousand seniors rolled up their sleeves to get vaccinated today at the kickoff of Camden County's flu shot campaign.
For many, coming to this event at Cooper River Park is a must.
Ron VonStetina, of Cherry Hill, says, "It's worked so far. I haven't had the flu ever."
Freeholder Riletta Cream, who is about to hit a vigorous 82 years of age, adds, "I come every year. It's every important for taking care of my health."
And another senior chimes in, "Haven't had the flu; haven't had the pneumonia, and I'm 85 years old."
29 flu shot clinics are on the Camden County schedule this year.
