Officials with the Montgomery County District Attorney plan to hold a news conference Friday morning to detail the charges.
Residents of the Garner House, many of them elderly, are troubled by this Thursday morning's stabbing."I don't expect things like this to happen here," Sue Ann Levy of Hatboro, Pa. said.
But for the first time ever, Hatboro Police are investigating a homicide.
Investigators say it happened in a fifth floor apartment.
Police say that at approximately 9:00 Thursday morning a fatal stabbing took place at the Garner House Apartments located at 50 South Penn Street.
