Shuylkill shooting suspect found competent

The man accused of a shooting on the Schuylkill Expressway has been found competent to stand trial.33 year old Christian Squillaciotti was charged with attempted murder in the road rage shooting earlier this month on I-76 near Passyunk Avenue.

He allegedly fired a several shots from a.40 caliber weapon into the vehicle of 41- year-old Tom Timko.

Timko was hit in the head, but the bullets missed his 8-year-old daughter who was in back seat.

Squillaciotti, a 6'4" 290 pound former Marine was arrested at his home near 5th & Shunk.
