Man arrested after standoff with police

OVERBROOK - October 26, 2008 Philadelphia Police and a SWAT team were called to the 1600 block of North 62nd Street around 11:30 last night.

It's unclear right now why he barricaded himself inside or what, if any, charges he faces. But police were able to move in and make the arrest after about two hours.
