Man killed in Strawberry mansion

STRAWBERRY MANSION - October 26, 2008 Police found the victim, identified as Derek Nedd from the 1600 block of North 17th Street, around 1:30 this morning near Ridge and Sedgley Avenues in Strawberry Mansion.

He'd been shot in the chest.

Medics took him to Temple University Hospital where he died.

The search is on for the shooter.
