Man charged in restroom touching

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - October 27, 2008 Police say 54-year-old James Moore was arrested Friday after another man accused Moore of grabbing him.

The 31-year-old victim told police he was in a restroom at Rehoboth Mall when he noticed someone watching him through a hole in a stall wall. The victim said Moore told him he was a security guard and grabbed him.

Police have charged Moore with unlawful sexual conduct.
