Police seek additional victims in sex case

MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. - October 28- Investigators say the luring charge concerned an incident that occurred on South Main Street in Medford on October 24th, when Welsh was found walking with a juvenile male; The Endangering the Welfare of a Child charge concerned an inappropriate touching incident that occurred within the last two months in Lumberton.

Police say Welsh socialized with the victim that he inappropriately touched at an area church after falsely portraying himself as being 15 years of age.

Authorities add, Welsh has joined at least one other area youth organization and misrepresented his age in an attempt meet further victims. In some instances, Welsh used the name Quam Reeves and called himself "Q."
