Bank robber arrested after heist

A suspected bank robber was arrest after a heist in Northeast Philadelphia this morning. A man walked into the PNC bank at 2401 Welsh Road at 9:55, walked up to the counter and gave a note to the teller demanding money. The teller gave the man cash and the actor then fled on foot.

Philadelphia Police were able to catch up with the man in the Modell's store inside of the Roosevelt Mall.

The suspect was arrested at the scene. No word on charges have been released as of yet.
