It will start at 20th and Market Streets. The route then heads east on Market to City Hall, south on Broad Street, left on Pattison Avenue, and then ends at Citizens Bank Park.
Fans attending the parade are encouraged to take public transportation, due to the large crowds that are expected.
More details are expected to be released at a new conference planned for Thursday.
