Teen killed in Southampton hit and run

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. - November 4, 2008 Police are looking for a Ford Explorer or a Ford Bronco.

Two, 15-year-old girls were struck down yesterday evening in the 100 block of Maple Avenue. Chelsea Lancieri, a tenth grader at William Tennent High School, was killed in the accident.

The driver fled.

The second victim was treated and released from Abington Hospital.

The District is prepared to help students and staff tomorrow at the re-opening of school. District schools were closed for teacher in-service programs today.
