Preliminary hearing in Danieal Kelly's murder

November 6, 2008 Andrea Kelly is charged with murder. She was the mother of 14-year-old Danieal Kelly, who died in August, 2006.

Authorities say Danieal was neglected, starved and unable to leave her bed on her own, because of her disabilities.

Also in court today is Julius Murray, a private welfare caseworker, who's charged with involuntary manslaughter.

The preliminary hearing is expected to last through tomorrow.
