Northampton County District Attorney /*John Morganelli*/ says 51-year-old /*Rick Lee*/ was released Thursday night. He's been held in lieu of $125,000 bail since July 16.
Morganelli says a Lehigh Township teenager who accused Lee now says she invited him into her home and they had consensual sex.
Defense attorney Christopher Shipman says Lee met the girl on an adult Web site while in Trexlertown coaching an Australian team. He says Lee believed she was 18, attended Penn State and worked as a nurse.
Morganelli says he hasn't decided if the teenager will be charged with filing a false report. Shipman says he doesn't know if Lee will pursue a civil lawsuit.
