Victim's mom speaks on hit and run arrest

MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. - November 9, 2008 Police have arrested a suspect and now the family of Brian Lily is speaking out about their 2 year search for justice.

The billboard behind me has been up for two years but today the search for the hit and run driver is over thanks to someone who saw a sign and called police with a tip.

The mother of then 30-year-old Brain Lilly couldn't be happier with police and the unknown person who led investigators to the man who plowed over her son, leaving him for dead on a rain soaked road her home in Monroe Township back in October of 2006.

21-year-old Joseph Bozzelli of Franklin Township is behind bars today. For the last two years he's been a source of mystery and misery for Brian Lilly's family.

His mother, who paid for the billboard herself, says she knew someday, somehow, she'd find the driver who left her son dying.

The ten thousand dollar reward offered in this case will not be paid until there is a conviction but with the arrest, Brian Lilly's family says this thanksgiving, they truly have something to be thankful for.
