Plea in Del. restaurant stabbing

WILMINGTON, Del. - November 13, 2008 - His plea to attempted murder and assault means he faces a minimum of 15 years in prison or a mental institution, up to life in prison, when he's sentenced in January.

Yoon's victim, a 19-year-old woman, was a waitress at the restaurant. Yoon was said to have had a romantic interest in her which was not returned.

Another female employee, who walked in on the attack, is credited with saving the victim's life by dragging her into a handicap bathroom stall and locking the door.

Neither that employee, or the victim was in court Thursday.
