Police say at least one person is trapped in the wreckage of a Colorado restaurant that collapsed after an explosion. Pueblo Police Sgt. James Ruggieri (roo-ZHEER'-ee) says the Branch Inn collapsed Thursday afternoon. At least one person is injured.

Rick Beatty, a delivery truck driver who went past the restaurant, says the building was "flat to the ground."

Mardi Clay, who owns the nearby Flower and Herb Co., says the explosion was so loud she thought a car had smashed into her shop. She says it rattled the whole block.
