Tuesday, 20-year-old /*Jeffrey Prout*/ of North Philadelphia was arrested in an apartment in Wilmington, Delaware.
Twenty-four-year old /*Harry Jackson*/, also of North Philadelphia, was arrested Saturday in connection to the stick up.
Police have not yet said if any of the $700,000 in stolen cash was recovered.
