Body found under car identified

STRATFORD, N.J. - December 3, 2008 - Around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday police say the driver of a black Ford Edge called, saying there was a body under his car.

When police arrived, they found 65-year-old Edward Calengelo Jr. under the vehicle.

Authorities say it appears Calengelo was hit in the area of Laurel Road near Chadwick Village Apartments in Lindenwold, then dragged about a mile.

Police say he Calengelo was homeless.

Investigators say it does not appear any charges will be filed, calling it an unfortunate accident.
