MILLERSVILLE, Pa. (AP) - December 4, 2008
The judge found Wednesday that Millersville University couldn't
award Stacy Snyder an education degree when she graduated in 2006
because she didn't complete her student teaching experience.
Instead, Snyder was awarded an English degree.
The photo, taken at a 2005 Halloween party, shows Snyder wearing
a pirate hat while drinking from a plastic "Mr. Goodbar" cup.
But the judge says Snyder was barred from the campus of the
Lancaster County high school where she taught because of poor
performance and other problems.
Snyder's attorney Mark Voigt says she plans to appeal.
