Saratoga Springs Police say 19-year-old Calvin Morett is accused of stealing a pickup truck and was charged with felony possession of stolen property. He was arraigned after his arrest early Tuesday and sent to the county jail on $10,000 cash bail.
The county's public defender office did not immediately return a call for comment placed Wednesday evening.
Morett made local headlines for running across the stage in a six-foot inflatable penis costume, spraying Silly String on a high school graduation audience in June. He's become known as "Penis Man" around the Saratoga Springs community.
