A 24-year-old Philadelphia woman is getting 20 to 40 years in state prison for killing her boyfriend.

Trillble El shot 37-year-old Stammond Jenkins in October 2007 in his apartment in Bethlehem.

El maintains she shot Jenkins by accident when playing a game of "cops and robbers" with a loaded gun. She pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and was sentenced Tuesday.

When El was questioned by police, it was found she had been at the Bethlehem Police Station for about 12 hours with a concealed weapon on her. Four officers were suspended for letting that happen.
