Double homicide in Germantown

Police are investigating a double homicide in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.It happened shortly after 11:00 p.m. Thursday.

Two people were shot and killed at an apartment building in the 300 block of West Queen Lane.

Paramedics arrived to find both men face-down with multiple gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

The victims, who have not yet been identified, were 23 and 30 years old.

Police looking for a suspect who fled the scene. He's described a as a male wearing a light colored jacket who was last seen heading towards the Queen Lane station.

Neighbors tell Action News the deaths were a result of a shoot out following an argument or dispute at that scene.

30 gun casings were found, and a house and car were hit by bullets.
