Employee makes positive ID of robbers - Philadelphia News

Philadelphia police are investigating a string of robberies that have been taking place recently at metroPCS stores in various locations in Philadelphia. Two armed robberies occurred Saturday. One at the O and Luzerne Streets location and another at the Broad and Dickinson Streets store.

Police were searching for four males in their early 20s.

At around 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon, police stopped a car at Venango and 9th Streets with four males matching the description with a large amount of cash.

Police transported one employee to the scene where the metroPCS employee positively identified the suspects.
