Philadelphia woman missing for a week

PHILADELPHIA - December 28, 2008 35-year-old Doan Anson from the 7800 block of Bayard Street was last seen on Sunday, December 20, 2008, in the area of 17th Street, between Race Street and JFK Boulevard. She may also have been in the area of the Main Library which is located at 19th and Vine Streets.

Doan suffers from severe memory loss. She also answers to the name of "Cecille".

Doan stands approximately 5'4" - 5'5" tall and weighs between 80 and 100lbs.
