Victims identified in double homicide

Police have identified the victims of a double homicide in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.According to Police Public Affairs, the victims are 30-year-old Rashim Shuler and 24-year-old Christopher Gullop.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

The shooting happened shortly after 11:00 p.m. Christmas night at an apartment building in the 300 block of West Queen Lane, where Shuler lived.

Paramedics arrived to find both men face-down with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police are looking for a suspect who fled the scene. He's described a as a male wearing a light colored jacket who was last seen heading towards the Queen Lane station.

Neighbors tell Action News the deaths were a result of a shoot out following an argument or dispute at that scene.

30 gun casings were found, and a house and car were hit by bullets.
