Seems that Juan Estrada, using Angel's name, had filed a motion in magistrate court and was told to come to a hearing this week.
But the subpoena was mailed to an address on file.
That address belonged to the real Angel.
Both men showed ID to the court.
They had the same name and birth date but different addresses and photos.
Sheriff's deputies say Estrada admitted he was using Angel's identification.
He's charged with forgery and identity theft.
Authorities say he's been using Angel's name since about 1997.
