The body of David Martinez was found around 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the ice-covered landscaping pond outside Taylor's Bar.
The parents of the Berlin man had reported him missing a few hours earlier after he failed to come home from celebrating the New Year with friends at the bar. Police say he was last seen leaving Taylor's around 1 a.m. Thursday.
Cherry Hill Police Detective Sgt. Joseph W. Vitarelli Jr. said foul play is not suspected.
