Montgomery is getting five months in prison and five months on home confinement, plus he must pay $110,000 in restitution.
A second act of vandalism at the Ridley Park plant last year remains under investigation and no one has been charged.

helicopter at /*Boeing*/'s Ridley Park plant. Cutting the wires would
prevent the helicopter from flying at all, so there was no danger
that doing so would cause a crash.
