A woman in suburban New York is accused of stealing two snow plows on New Year's Eve, and dragging the driver of one of the vehicles when he tried to stop her.

Police say the Mahopac woman is facing several felony charges after she drove around for several hours on the stolen snow plows.

Police say she stole the first plow from a hotel parking lot in Greenburgh about 1:30 p.m. They say the plow operator tried to stop her, but was dragged and knocked down. He hurt his right hip.

State police recovered that plow about 3:45 p.m. About two hours later, another plow was reported missing from an Ardsley public works yard.

Police say she was arrested after driving that plow into a car parked in Elmsford.
