Philadelphia saw a rebound of real estate activity in November... down from a low point during the very height of the financial meltdown in October.
Sales increased 24-percent from October to November.
But the figure's still 23-percent below what it was at the same time the year before.
Nationally, sales decreased 4-percent during the same period.
The Northeast overall was down just a little more than 7-percent.
