Judge says 4 face trial in Pa. meth ring

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - January 8, 2009 Prosecutors' main witness, 37-year-old Kerri Graham of Palmerton, testified Wednesday she took part in methamphetamine sales for a year. Authorities say she led investigators to other participants when she was caught with 1½ pounds of methamphetamine last fall.

Prosecutors charged 45-year-old Malik Frazier of Allentown, 27-year-old Che Fluellen of Easton, 25-year-old Kwame Fluellen of Lithonia, Ga., and 30-year-old Rashaad Toombs of Atlanta with methamphetamine possession and delivery and participating in a corrupt organization. Authorities say Frazier and Kwame Fluellen were gang members.

Attorneys for the four argue that they were not a corrupt organization but were actually rivals, or weren't drug dealers at all.
