Still one big decision for the Obama's

January 13, 2009

And there's still one big decision for the new first family to make -- what kind of presidenital pooch will the Obamas get.

President-elect Barack Obama says his two daughters seem to have narrowed the choice to a Portuguese Water Dog or a Labradoodle.

A Labradoodle is a cross between a Labrador retriever and a poodle.

Both are considered good for someone with allergies, such as the type 10-year-old Malia Obama has.

President-elect Obama tells ABC News' "This Week" that choosing a dog "has been tougher than finding a Commerce secretary."
