The crash happened about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 20 on Millchop Lane, east of Woodside. Police say Cotullas failed to stop for the stop sign at Autumn Moon Lane. Her car struck a van in the intersection, sending the van into another car. The crash killed the driver of the third vehicle, 17-year-old Brooke Davis of Magnolia.
