Phillly to hold inauguration festival

A giant outdoor television screen is to be set up on Philadelphia's Independence Mall for those who want to watch President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration in public. The screen is to feature programming from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

The public is invited to gather between Fifth and Sixth streets, from Market to Arch streets for the free event.

There will also be an indoor screening in the second-floor ballroom in the Independence Visitor Center at Sixth and Market streets.
