It's one of three flavors whipped up by the creamery at Penn State University. They'll be served at an inaugural ball in Washington hosted by Pennsylvania officials.
"BaRocky Road" is a variation of the Rocky Road flavor, but with more chocolate swirl and chocolate-covered peanuts mixed into the vanilla ice cream.
The other inaugural flavors are "Biden Berry" and "Obama White House." Penn State creamery officials say they're no plans yet to offer "BaRocky Road" to the public.
