Judge: No 'Daily Show' at trial

A federal judge won't let a jury see a comical report from "The Daily Show" about a man who claims to head a southwestern Pennsylvania church whose services consist of rock and jazz concerts. Officials from Fayette County have a zoning dispute with the church and wanted the jury to see the four-minute Comedy Central show clip. The county says it shows William Pritts doesn't sincerely believe his Church of Universal Love and Music is a religious organization.

The irreverent clip shows Pritts saying "King David rocks!" and discussing whether to share marijuana cigarettes, among other remarks.

The judge says the county may try to subpoena the entire interview with Pritts, but won't allow the jury to see the heavily edited clip which is accompanied by a laugh track.
