Donation jar thief caught

SCHUYLKILL TWP., Pa. - January 23, 2009 It was captured by a surveillance camera on January 4.

Police say a tip call led them to 29-year-old Pedro Martinez of New York City today.

He was staying with a female friend at an apartment complex in Phoenixville.

Martinez is charged with theft and related offenses.
