Police say a 20-year-old man was shot twice in the chest.
A 26-year-old man was shot in the leg.
Both men were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The 20-year-old is listed in critical, but stable condition.

Both men were exiting a barber shop when the shooting occurred.
There were no arrests and witnesses report seeing four men in ski masks shooting at the victims.
