Suspect in NJ cold case arraigned

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. - February 2, 2009 - /*Warren Dixon*/ appeared in court in Camden Monday to hear charges stemming from the 2003 death of 16-year-old /*Sherita Williams*/. At one point, he refused to stand until an officer hoisted him to his feet.

The two were classmates at Pennsauken High School in the fall of 2003.

Williams' family has many unanswered questions about the case.

Authorities say Dixon, now 23, suffocated the teen on Nov. 28, 2003, and left her under the 36th Street Bridge that divides Camden and Pennsauken. Prosecutors say the case had always been a priority and Dixon was long a person of interest.

Williams' mother found her body. She says she went to the bridge on a hunch.
