The Georgia peanut company identified as the source of the outbreak.... insists state and federal inspectors *regularly visited the plant.
Last week, the government said it hadn't inspected the plant since 2001.
But the company says it had several visits last year.
Meantime, there are recalls for more foods made with products processed there.
The Hershey Creamery is recalling half-gallons of Goo Goo Peanut Butter ice cream. The code date on the package is 7110, and the UPC number is 2468203340.
Falcon Trading company is recalled trail mix sold under the "O Organics" brand at Safeway grocery stores nationwide. Safeway is the parent company of Genuardi's markets.
The recall covers all lots of the 6-ounce package of trail mix, carrying a UPC code of 79893 410110
