The package was found with a note saying "Happy Birthday from the FBI."
The building was evacuated along with residents on the street. The bomb squad was contacted and arrived at the scene.
The bomb squad determined nothing harmful was inside the package and the scene was cleared at 10:30 this morning. Residents were allowed back into their homes.

There is no word on who left the package or why it was left at the police department.
