Why is there a horse here?

You can't miss Denver's airport "Mustang."

But some people wonder why it's there.

The blue, 32-foot-high sculpture of a wild horse dominates the terminal at Denver International Airport.

Some have taken to calling it "Satan's Steed" or the "Blue Devil Horse."

Christie Carlson says it's not the image you want in your head as you're about to board a plane.

The sculpture was installed just a year ago.

But city officials aren't too concerned about the criticism.

They add any petition to move the mustang won't be considered until 2013, to give people a chance to get used to it.
