SEPTA conductor found injured beside tracks

A SEPTA employee was found laying beside train tracks in Tullytown, Bucks County Monday night. She was found around 8:30.

Investigators think the woman, said to be a train conductor, may have fallen out of the moving R7 Regional Rail between Center City and Trenton.

The woman was transported to St Mary Medical Center in an unknown condition.
