50-year-old man shot in N. Philly

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - February 12, 2009 It happened at about 11:45 on the 2400 block of N. Marshall Street.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

3 suspects were scene fleeing the scene. Robbery appears to be the motive.
