Delaware police look for cigarette bandit

New Castle County Police are on the hunt for the man who robbed King's Cigarette Outlet of four cartons of smokes. It happened at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the store, located in the 3300 block of Old Capitol Trail in Wilmington.

Police say 27-year-old Jason Bourdon, who resides in the 100 block of Silview Avenue in Wilmington, entered the store, ran behind the counter and stole four cartons of Newport cigarettes.

While he attempted to flee, the 55-year-old female store clerk attempted to stop him, but Bourdon allegedly shoved her aside and took off.

The clerk observed Bourdon get into the passenger's seat of a green SUV, operated by a white male. The two immediately fled the area at a high rate of speed.
