Choe, along with his wife, and two of his adult children were attacked and robbed in their home in North Wales last month.
Page was taken into custody in Philadelphia this morning and was arraigned this afternoon.
Chae's nephew, Angelo Shin, was also among those charged.
Shin is suspected to be the mastermind of the robbery plot.
